Meet Chris Stephens
Chris Stephens has been a commercial real estate originator and analyst for 5+ years. He has analyzed over $2B of transactions over the course of his career. He began his career at The Bluestone Group in NYC, responsible for sourcing and underwriting all tranches of the capital stack. He later joined Millbrook Realty Capital, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing the company's $50M+ loan portfolio. Prior to his analyst role, Chris was an investment sales broker in NYC. Through his experience, he has gained valuable insight into both the analytical aspects of CRE and the effective business development and marketing strategies needed to generate leads and grow a company’s network.
